Healthier, Happier Lives Are Right Outside the Door
You probably already know that being out in nature has huge benefits for growing kids. Studies have proven that it can reduce stress, enhance learning abilities, and improve mental and physical health. It’s easy to talk about, but it may seem hard to do. Screen time, lack of access to green spaces, and worries about safety keep too many children indoors.
As adults with children in our care, it is up to us to fix this. Whether you are a parent or other responsible adult, a healthcare professional, educator, or part of a business or organization that works with kids, you can make a difference.
To uplift, support, and celebrate the organizations connecting all kids with nature to improve childrens’ overall physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
